Hi coaches — Please use the link below to access the Booking page to schedule your RYSA photos for this season. I have a great number of slots available, so you shouldn’t have any difficulty finding a time that works for you. However, if there is a problem, please reach out to me at 505-550-3759 and I will work with you to coordinate schedules.
This form is through Microsoft Outlook. You will be able to sign in as a guest. Select the date you are interested in, then select your time. You will be asked for your name and email. Please put your phone number, team name and age group in the Notes section. Please note that you will be required to verify your email address. (I have noticed in testing that AOL accounts do not reliably receive the confirmation email. Please try a different email or contact me directly and I can manually add you to the schedule.)
I have also attached a copy of this year’s order form and price list below. I will have forms at the table on shoot days, but you are welcome to copy and send this form to your parents if they would like to review it ahead of time.
Sessions begin on Saturday, April 5 at 8:00 am to 3 pm. I will be available every single weekend (including Easter weekend, although there will be no games), and have added a couple of hours on Sundays. I will also be available every Monday, Tuesday and Thursday for evening sessions from 5:30 to 7 pm.
To ensure that we are able to stay on schedule and move everybody through, please keep in mind the following:
1) Make sure that you give yourself at least 45 minutes from the start of your session to the start of your game.
2) Reinforce to your parents that it is vital that everybody is on time and gets to the photo location a few minutes early. There are more than 100 teams this season, and we want to make sure that we can keep sessions as efficient as possible. I will wait until the last possible moment for a straggler to arrive, but we need to keep on schedule.
3) Payment is due on the day of photos. I accept credit and debit cards, cash, Venmo, Cashapp and PayPal.
4) I am happy to include family members (parents, siblings, etc). Parents will need to indicate on their order forms what prints/products they want for those photos
5) I am aware that things come up and schedules change. Just reach out to me and I will be happy to reschedule you.
6) Please make sure that your players are not kicking the ball or playing around the photo equipment. It’s also important that they are not running in the background. I’ve had my share of Photoshopping out photo bombers. The ideal situation is to keep all of your players in one spot so when it’s your turn, we just line them up and take care of individual and team photos and you’re on your way.
7) It is not possible to Photoshop in a missing player. I’m a good photographer, but I’m not a Photoshop wizard. :-)
